En la actualidad, la gestión ágil de proyectos es necesaria como respuesta a los mercados actuales ya que tiene como objetivo dar garantías a las demandas del valor, reducción del tiempo de desarrollo, agilidad y fiabilidad de las mismas. En ese sentido, la metodología Scrum está especialmente indicada para proyectos en entornos complejos donde se necesita obtener resultados prontamente, donde los requisitos son cambiantes o poco definidos, donde la
innovación, la competitividad, la flexibilidad y la productividad son fundamentales.
Esta formación te permitirá entonces, resolver situaciones rápidamente, identificar y solucionar ineficiencias sistemáticamente, y, asimismo, establecer un proceso de aprendizaje basado en el equipo y su capacidad para tomar decisiones de forma consensuada y enfocada a resultados. Dicho de otro modo, capacitado para gestionar sus proyectos mediante la metodología SCRUM, de forma ágil para mejorar la satisfacción de los clientes. Scrum forma parte de los métodos ágiles, y ha sido utilizado por grandes empresas, con muy buenos resultados; que han aparecido
